Hey, I’m Daniel.
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), therapeutic coach, and former touring musician who’s spent years living the highs and lows of life on the road.

Before I ever sat in a therapy chair, I was sleeping in vans, loading gear, and chasing the next show — all while writing lyrics in greenrooms to make sense of what I was feeling. Those years taught me the realities of touring life: the adrenaline, the connection, the constant goodbyes, and the toll it can take on your mind, body, and relationships.

That lived experience shapes everything I do now. I work with artists, crew, and creatives who live in that same high-pressure, high-emotion space — the ones navigating burnout, anxiety, grief, identity shifts, or the quiet ache of keeping it together when you’re falling apart inside.

How I work
My coaching blends the depth of clinical training (CBT, ACT, trauma-informed care) with the real-world understanding that only comes from having been there.
