I'm Daniel. Licensed Mental Health Counselor, therapeutic coach, former touring musician.
Before the therapy chair, I was the one sleeping in vans, loading gear, chasing the next show. Writing lyrics in greenrooms to make sense of what I felt and couldn't say. That life taught me what touring actually costs. The adrenaline. The connection. The goodbyes that never get easier. The slow toll on your mind, body, and relationships.
I work with artists, crew, and creatives living in that same pressure. Burnout. Anxiety. Grief. Identity shifts. The quiet ache of holding it together in public while falling apart in private.
My approach blends clinical training in CBT, ACT, and trauma informed care with something that can't be taught in school: having actually been there. Sessions are collaborative and direct. No judgment, no theory for theory's sake. Just grounded support built for the realities of the road.
You'll work with someone who understands the stage and what it costs to stand on it.
Feel deeply. Heal honestly. Keep the music without losing yourself.
